Mr. Ashok Kumar Poddar first generation entrepreneur incorporated “ESKO ENTERPRISES" the first company of “ESKO Group" in 1973. Under his dynamic approach and far-sighted vision, the company began its operation on a very small scale.
Today after five decades, the company has grown to “ESKO Group Of Industries”. The Group has established the activity of "Forward Integration" by way of supplying painted CNC machined components, duly assembled Finished Goods with EMS facility, which meet the need of unerring precision, of world class quality and of on-time delivery.
The future beckons us to be a part of the resurgent INDIA of 21st century, where our products and facilities shall be truly global. We are committed to the “Make in India” drive and carrying on with this legacy right from the start.
Brand Heritage & Corporate Lineage (1973 – Present)
1973 Inception: Founded by first-generation entrepreneur Mr. Ashok Kumar Poddar as Esko Enterprises.
1978 Partnership: Formally registered with the Registrar of Firms, West Bengal (24 May 1978).
1999 Corporate Incorporation: Converted to Esko Die Casting Pvt. Ltd. under the Companies Act, 1956 (01 April 1999).
2008–2012 Expansion: Diversified into electronic LED luminaires, assemblies, and precision components.
2019 Entity Restructuring: Name officially changed to Esko Casting and Electronics Pvt. Ltd. via ROC Certificate (28 August 2019).
